Self Discovery With Art Therapy Workshop

A professionally guided day using art therapy dedicated to self exploration. Discover where you are, where you want to be, and how to get there.

The day will consist of various art therapy exercises in a small group setting. Psychosynthesis uses some Jungian principles to facilitate our own process of self discovery. Using guided imagery and basic art therapy (no artistic skills are required). You will be given the opportunity to meet yourself in a deeper way. Discover where you are in you life right now and what your next steps may be.

No prior knowledge or experience of this work is necessary. It is experiential, simple and you will be facilitated.

I have trained extensively in psychosynthesis and other therapeutic techniques and have over 30 years of experience.

This one day workshop will be held in English. Working places for the day will be restricted to 10 working places, so please book your place well in advance.
